Joe's At It Again! Posted on Saturday, January 31 @ 15:39:33 GMT by root       First day of the Harrogate Open Meet and Joe Elwood has swum out of his skin to eclipse Matt Bowe's county record for the 200 Fly. Joe swam a superb time of 2:16.03 knocking nearly 2 seconds off Matt's 1998 record. Well done, Joe, from all at the club.
